The very light and airy, spacious 21' x 15' lounge/diner has an oak dining table and chairs strategically placed in the bay window facing the pretty sparkling river - perfect for soaking in the atmosphere.
A three-seater leather reclining sofa, leather armchair and a 42” HD plasma TV, Sky+ and Netflix with HD provides for your comfort and relaxation.

Kitchen

The compact, well-equipped kitchen has a Neff double oven, gas hob, full sized fridge/freezer and a dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods are also provided.

Bedroom

The comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned bedroom has a luxurious king-size Vispring bed, wardrobe, dressing table (with Dyson hairdryer) and a wall-mounted 32” LCD TV.

Bathroom

The ensuite bathroom has a luxurious large bath, a large separate shower, heated towel rail, bath robes, ceiling mounted speakers with volume control, luxury jumbo-size bath towels, backlit mirror (with separate magnifying mirror), floor to ceiling tiles, and underfloor heating.

Security

The apartment is equipped with a burglar alarm, fire alarm, safe, and Garrison locks on the main door and the apartment's door.

Accessibilty

Please note that this apartment is on an upper floor with access by stairs.  Due to the nature of Cotswold Perfumery’s 300-year-old building there are also steps between most rooms. This may be a consideration if mobility is an issue. If in doubt, please see our access statement.

Parking

The road immediately outside the Cotswold Perfumery in Victoria Street has unrestricted parking, these spaces are popular and tend to fill up quickly. Most days after 5pm, Victoria Street becomes less busy and you can usually find a space to park. You will also have the use of a space (outside) in the car park of the property next door to the Perfumery. Unfortunately the property next door is not owned by us and is not open 24hrs a day.
