Arkle is situated in a beautiful Regency Grade II listed building within walking distance of the Cheltenham Racecourse. This exceptionally well furnished apartment is fitted with an impressive range of technology for your convenience.

Parking, located in a private area immediately outside the apartment, is free of charge.

ARKLE, at 24 The Promenade, a modern, state of the art, self catering apartment, situated in a beautiful Regency terrace in Cheltenham, is fitted with a wide range of technical features for your convenience.

Your Laid-Back Experience

The apartment has a secure video door entry system and for peace of mind, CCTV covering your car parking space. A home entertainment system with surround sound plays crisply within with the soundproofed walls, and mood lighting adds the final touch, creating the perfect atmosphere for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The apartment has a 4K 40 inch HD television, plus a Sky World and Netflix subscription. A Blu-Ray DVD player included with a choice of over 100 DVD's. Full fibre broadband with 200-250 Mbps is more than adequate for even the most demanding user - business or pleasure.

The entire apartment is fitted with a ventilation system as well as underfloor heating in the bathroom and air conditioning in the bedroom. Soundproofing throughout ensures that a quiet, peaceful night's sleep is guaranteed - all helped along by the superb, King sized Vi-Spring bed.

Location

Location, location, location!

Once you’ve booked your stay we’ll email you full directions. If you’re using sat nav, use GL50 1HQ (not the apartment postcode, which takes you to the wrong side of the building).

The apartment is at the rear of the building, approached via Regent Street, then County Court Road.

GL50 1HQ takes you to the Everyman Theatre, which is around 100m from the apartment. Drive past the theatre, turn left into County Court Road (which is a cul-de-sac) and to the right of Costa Coffee. The apartment is above Costa, and the door is at the rear.
